Community Awakening & Transformation Society (CATS) Nepal is one of the Christian NGO in the southern mid west region of Nepal. CATS Nepal vision is “Transformed society where people live in harmony with God, each other and environment where justice, peace and equal respect prevail”. It is working in holistic/integral development to transform society, health and education sector. Now to have effective work we are looking for potential Nepalese candidate to fill out the following position for central office:
POSITION: Program Manager (1)
JOB LOCATION: Ghorahi, Dang and occasionally visit to remote districts.
• To provide leadership on all program side & over look on administration in CATS Nepal and ensure all the program of organization smoothly run.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Bachelor’s degree in any faculty with 1 years’ experience in managerial or supervisory position.
* Critical and creative thinking with strong analytical skills.
*Ability to: Design, implement, monitor and evaluate the projects.
*Write professional proposal and reports in English as per the requirements of donors.
*Communicate persuasively to all the stakeholders in English and Nepali.
*Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities.
*Operate effectively and sensitively in the cultural context of Nepal.
*Operate MS Word, Excel, Power Point
* Good learning attitude and concern for the poor and vulnerable people.
*Good interpersonal relationship skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
*Willingness to be committed to CATS Nepal ethos, vision, mission and core values.
*Good personality in building relation with public, Staff, churches as well as officials.
